The Story

Campbell's Construction was asked to take a 1979 Quail Creek home that backs up to the golf course and completely remodel it. Before we started our work, the home was old, dated, and in desperate need of some updates.

What We Did

Exterior

We built out a new front entrance with large Cedar arbors and a clean-looking black metal roof.  We floated out the brick with type S cement to make it more flush and accepting to the paint job that went onto it. These exterior aesthetics are nothing short of jaw-dropping.

 

Kitchen

We completely gutted the original kitchen, and built in new cabinetry with full extension soft close doors and drawers. We utilized marble and butcher block material for the counter tops, and switched the outdated appliances with stainless steel replacements.

 

Living Area

We vaulted the ceilings, knocked out walls, and painted the entire home. The paint scheme was extensive, with 8 different colors on the interior alone, and modern wall paper in unique places.

 

Master Suite

In the master bedroom, we used shiplap for the ceiling and recessed lighting for a modern yet warm feel. The master bathroom features a stand-alone tub, sconce vanity lighting, and eclectic tiling for the floor.

 

Outdoor Living

We removed the old wooden deck around the pool overlooking the golf course, built a retaining wall, and create a paved walkway all the way around the house. We wanted backyard to be an extension of the living area, where the family could spend time together.

A complete home makeover! The owners could not have been more pleased to now be living in their forever home!

Replacing HVAC Unit After an Oklahoma Hail Storm

When an Oklahoma hail storm hits, it can damage much more than just your roof. Along with your roof an Oklahoma hail storm typically damages:

Something that often gets overlooked is your outdoor hvac unit. At Campbell's Roofing + Construction, we will not only re-roof your home, but do our best to help you with the entire scope of the project--including replacing your hvac unit.

The Story

A local neighborhood had gotten hit by a bad hail storm, and the HOA president vouched for Campbell's and encouraged his neighbors to use us for their home repair needs. This particular job happened when the next door neighbor of a home we were re-roofing asked us to take a look at his hvac unit. He explained that he was having trouble with his insurance company, and feeling frustrated and helpless about the repairs that needed to be done to his house.

What We Did

After having three different hvac contractors try to repair the unit, it was determined that the condition of this unit was beyond just combing out the fins. It was beyond repair and needed to be replaced. We reached out to his insurance company and found out that he did not have a representative on his behalf. We became that representative and were able to get them a brand new hvac system for their home. 

In addition to the hvac system, we were able to get them:

  • A new roof
  • Garage doors
  • Gutters
  • Window screens

We also chemical treated, pressure-washed, and stained their fence. Last, we painted their home--all filed under insurance claims.

The Result

A complete home makeover. The homeowner was absulutely ecstatic with the new updates to his home. In fact, he was so proud of his new-look home that it inspired him to replace all of his windows. We were happy to do that for him, too!

 
 

In Oklahoma, hail storms unfortunately occur all too often. Like all of our hvac unit jobs, we replaced this unit with one that has full hail guards so that this doesn’t happen again.
